Mgr. Ing. Zdeněk Mikuláš
Zdeněk is an attorney-at-law and founding partner of the Talers Group. Zdeněk mainly specialises in mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, management option programmes, corporate restructuring, personal and family property management and restructuring, especially in the SME sector. Zdeněk is also an experienced economist, which helps him to provide comprehensive and highly specialised consultancy services.
Mgr. Petra Hájková
Petra is an attorney-at-law and one of the founding partners of the Talers Group. She focuses especially on Corporate Law in the area of Corporate Governance, as well as M&A and Due Diligence. She also specialises in setting up holding structures and legal aspects of Family Business Governance, including Business Succession. In her field, Petra’s specialisation also extends to Civil Law, especially Family Law and Inheritance Law. She also has experience in Real Estate Law and Medical Law. Petra is registered in the list of certified trustees.
Mgr. Jiří Černý
Jiří is an attorney-at-law and one of the founding members and managing partners of the Talers consulting group. Over the past ten years, he has focused especially on M&A (corporate transformations and acquisitions), setting up holding relationships and business succession. His clients include e-commerce entrepreneurs, development and engineering companies and their ultimate beneficial owners. He assists them in legal matters relating to corporate structures and operations.
Counselors and group support
Mgr. Jan Vozár
Jan focuses on acquisitions and sales of companies, the creation of business structures, setting up relationships between shareholders, corporate law and corporate transformations, as well as the law of obligations. In connection with transaction consultancy, he also deals with acquisition financing, as an advisor to both financing banks and their clients. He is also experienced in participating in legal due diligence and preparing legal analyses.
JUDr. Helena Jurka, LL.M.
In addition to Talers' core focus, Helena specialises in compliance, with an emphasis on data protection (GDPR), intellectual property, competition law, IT, artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber security. As the law, especially in the field of modern technology, is undergoing rapid evolution, Helena follows legislative changes and new trends. This ensures that our clients' activities are in line with current legislation.
Her goal is to ensure that companies function properly and are prepared not only for technological challenges, but also for a potential sale or intergenerational renewal.
During her practice, Helena has also dealt with contracts, real estate and litigation, which allows her to offer an orientation in different legal areas.
Mgr. Alice Chlaňová
Alice focuses especially on M&A (corporate transformations and acquisitions), setting up holding relationships and business succession. She also deals with the law of obligations and intellectual property law, in particular the regulation of trade marks.
Ing. Martin Vachata
Martin has long been involved in project management of mandates related to finding investors in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME sector), implementation of related market and financial analyses, preparation of presentation materials and the estimation of the spread of company market values. He has assisted in economic and financial due diligence of companies within buy-side mandates and in many other projects related to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Ing. Radomír Baštinec
Radomír has extensive professional experience and skills, which he applies in particular when assisting in the implementation of financial analyses of business entities, financial modelling, company valuation and other activities related mainly to M&A mandates.
Ing. Martin Ježek
Martin works as an external consultant of restructuring processes and financial analyses. His current aim is to help steer companies in the right direction when they encounter difficulties in connection with the state of emergency. Martin has many years of experience in financial management and transformation projects.

Ing. Ondřej Havle
Ondřej specialises primarily in transaction consultancy and the preparation of complex tax analyses and tax returns. He focuses on income tax, VAT and international taxation. His practical experience in tax administration gave him excellent knowledge of procedural matters, therefore he also focuses on representing clients in all negotiations with tax authorities, including dispute resolution in tax proceedings and tax audits.
Bc. Lenka Rigo
Lenka has many years of experience in tax management and consultancy. Her experience includes comprehensive provision of legal due diligence, international taxation consultancy and compiling of tax returns for major multinational companies.
Jiří Cimpel, EFP
Jiří is an experienced investment advisor and wealth manager. He is a member of the board of the Czech Association of Financial Advisors. Jiří focuses on comprehensive family wealth management. In addition, he is actively involved in his personal projects, where he shares his professional experience with aspiring entrepreneurs.
Petr Polodna
Petr is dedicated to managing comprehensive accounting for business entities. In addition to Czech, he also provides his services in Polish and English.
Lenka Nastoupilová
Lenka is an assistant to a tax advisor and participates in the management of our clients’ accounting matters. Lenka also has experience in HR.
Ing. Jana Mikulášová
Finance and operational management of the company
Jana’s entire professional life has revolved around finance – both as a relationship manager in several international banking institutions, where she was responsible for a number of corporate clients (international and large national groups) and structuring their financial needs, and as a CFO and COO in law offices. In all the positions Jana has held, she always strove to set up products or systems so that all parties benefit from the co-operation, ensuring smooth running of ordinary and extraordinary processes within these companies.

Pavla Dandová, DiS.
Pavla gained her experience during two years of practice in a law firm. During this period she decided to further develop her skills and knowledge and successfully completed a management course which helped her to better understand the functioning of the office environment. In addition, Pavla continued to educate herself and research new developments in her field to be as effective and informed as possible in her daily working life.
